We’ve catered for weddings at Deers Leap for many years and our experience of the venue means we can assist with not just your wedding catering but with ideas of seating plans, layouts and best use of the venues overall space.

Bethany and Ross got in touch when they were looking for a wedding caterer in Devon to provide catering for both their day and evening guests.  We met and started planning the wedding catering together taking into consideration a number of specific guest dietary requirements.

We provided a three-course wedding breakfast comprising of sharing starters, seated service wedding breakfast main and hand-crafted desserts;

Starters – Antipasti sharing starters served on our unique oak heart shaped platters.  Selection of meats, freshly baked breads, olive oil dip and fresh leaves.  An additional option of Melon trio served with a fresh raspberry puree was provided also.

Main Wedding Breakfast – Devon farmed loin of pork served with a creamy cider sauce and accompanied by new potatoes and a courgette ribbon tied seasonal vegetable parcel.

Bethany and Ross also selected two additional options for their guests of Roasted spicy filled red pepper and a Mushroom tortellini with tarragon sauce and focaccia bread.

Dessert – Trio of individual desserts included our Hand-baked chocolate orange brownie, Lemon & blueberry cheesecake and Mini meringue topped with fresh cream and raspberry.  The desserts also catered for individual guest requirements and included a Chocolate & coconut vegan brownie, Gluten free mini meringues with fresh berries and Fruit kebabs.

Our extensive hand-prepared and baked evening buffet catered for Bethany and Ross’s evening guests.
