Caroline and Ben contacted us when they were looking for a wedding caterer in Cornwall, their marquee reception was held on a family farm in the stunning North Cornwall parish of Morwenstow. Logmorwenna (Cornish) is the counties most northly parish and situated in the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Caroline and Ben took inspiration from our Wedding Collections menus and together we designed a menu that complimented their beautiful north Cornwall location. Canapes upon arrival included our Lemon and tarragon chicken held by little gem lettuce, Savoury and sweet mini hand-baked scones and Yorkshire Puddings filled with roast Devon farmed beef, crème fraise and horseradish. Our extensive range of canapes are hand-prepared and can be adapted to your season and guest requirements.
Anti pasti sharing platters with vine grown tomatoes, fresh baked breads, a selection of meats and Camembert was selected as the starter. Sharing starters are a popular option and fantastic way to get the guest conversation flowing as well as providing choice.
The wedding breakfast was bursting with flavour as Caroline and Ben has chosen to offer a choice of the best locally farmed Beef or Pork loin both served with new potatoes and a courgette tied seasonal vegetable parcel. In addition, we provided a colourful vegetarian option of Roasted red pepper filled with quinoa, finely chopped fresh vegetables, red kidney beans and topped fresh rocket.
Dessert was chosen as our popular Trio of individual desserts – Hand-baked chocolate orange brownie, Mini meringue topped with fresh cream and seasonal raspberries and a Lemon & blueberry cheesecake. The trio not only tasted amazing with an array in flavours and textures but is visually striking too.
The wedding breakfast was finished with a selection of fresh teas, freshly filtered coffee and Amaretti biscuits.
Caroline and Ben’s evening guests were treated to amazing wedding catering too. The wedding couple had opted for our hand-baked pasties that included a variety of fillings.
